Correct practice method of Sit-up is as follows:
Starting gesture:
Lie flat on a mat and bend your knees to 90 degrees.
Action Process:
Put your hands on both sides of your ears with half fist-clenched and open your arms as much as possible.
Generate force with your waist and abdomen. Touch your knees with your elbows.
Slowly lie down and flat (repeat the action of touching your knees with your elbows).
