Correct practice method of Sit-up is as follows:

Starting gesture:

Lie flat on a mat and bend your knees to 90 degrees.

Action Process:

Put your hands on both sides of your ears with half fist-clenched and open your arms as much as possible.

Generate force with your waist and abdomen. Touch your knees with your elbows.

Slowly lie down and flat (repeat the action of touching your knees with your elbows).

In the spring outgoing of this time, the company arranged many activities, such as, rope skipping,beanbag toss and playing basketball and so on. All employees were classified into groups and the competition was held in groups.

Each activity can show not only cooperation competence of a team, but cohesive force and explosive power of a team. Besides joyousness, the employees open their hearts and cooperatively complete team tasks. This not only promotes deeper understanding between departments and colleagues, but also lays a good foundation for future work. This is exactly what is called cooperation is force!
